ASCSA Event - “Meet-ups” for CS Singles from across the USA & Beyond
during and after the Annual Meeting 2024 in Boston

ASCSA will be sponsoring a few “Meet-ups” for Christian Science singles during and after the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church 2024 in Boston, Massachusetts. www.christianscience.com/additional-resources/annual-meeting

A group of us will sit together during the Annual Meeting then proceed to a nearby restaurant for some heart-felt fellowshipIf you plan to sit elsewhere during the Annual Meeting, you are welcome to join us afterwards for dinner and bring your family or friends you may be sitting with.  All are welcome!

We will be making periodic updates to this “meet up” schedule as the Annual Meeting approaches (*see other possible meet-up(s) below).


Advance Zoom planning & getting-acquainted meeting
We will be hosting a Zoom planning meeting for this ASCSA event as the date approaches.  Anyone who expresses interest in joining us at The Annual Meeting will get a personal email invite to this Zoom meeting.  Here we will discuss details of our “meet-up” events around the Annual Meeting and socialize with those who may be joining us.

ASCSA “MEET-UP” DETAILS FOLLOW
June 3 (Monday) - (The Annual Meeting followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant)
1) Meet-up (12:30pm) –Meet outside the Portico of the Extension of The Mother Church at 12:30pm then sit together with other single Christian Scientists in a designated area during the Annual Meeting

2) Meet-up (3:45pm for 4pm seating) - gather outside the portico shortly after the Annual Meeting (3:45pm?) and walk together to the nearby Cheesecake Factory restaurant (at the far end of the reflecting pool) for dinner.  Or meet us at the restaurant at 4pm www.thecheesecakefactory.com/location in Boston at the Prudential Center. 115 Huntington Avenue, Suite 181 Boston, MA 02199

Last year, the Sunday before the Annual Meeting, singer/songwriter Andrew Brewis gave a concert at the Christian Science Benevolent Association.  He included some of his eight hymns that are in the new hymnal after the concert.  Then he joined our singles group in a “fireside chat.”  Watch for this year’s updates.  www.andrewdbrewis.com

A few photos from our CS Singles dinner which followed last year’s Annual Meeting are attached.  A great time was had by all!  We hope you will join us this year!!
